                    Important Statement: Logly is a purely local application. All data is stored entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or access any of your personal data or parenting records. We cannot view, modify, or delete any of your information.
                

By using Logly services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this policy, please discontinue using our services.

2. Data Storage Statement

                    Core Principle: Logly does not collect any data. All information below is stored only on your device locally and is completely under your control.
                

2.1 Locally Stored Data Types

The following data is generated by the app and saved only on your device:

Baby Profile: Name, date of birth, gender, profile photo
Feeding Records: Feeding time, type, amount, duration, etc.
Sleep Records: Sleep time, quality rating
Diaper Records: Change time, status, photos
Growth Records: Weight, height, head circumference data and photos
Vaccine Records: Vaccination schedule, status, notes

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

Device model or operating system version
App usage frequency or statistics
Crash logs or diagnostic information
IP address or location information
Any personally identifiable information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Core Features: Record and display feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, and vaccination data
Smart Statistics: Generate weekly/monthly/yearly statistics and visual charts
Growth Analysis: Compare with WHO growth standards and calculate percentiles
Reminder Services: Send feeding, diaper change, sleep, and vaccination reminders
Data Sync: Sync data across your devices via iCloud
Personalization: Customize themes and interface based on your preferences
App Improvement: Analyze usage data to optimize features and fix issues

4. Data Storage and Sync

                    Local-First Principle: All your parenting records are stored locally on your device by default. We prioritize your data privacy and security.
                

4.1 iCloud Sync

When you enable iCloud sync, data is synchronized across your devices through Apple's iCloud service
iCloud data storage follows Apple's privacy policy
You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings

4.2 Data Export

We provide data export functionality so you can back up records to files
Exported data files are managed by you

5. Photos and Media Files

The app may involve the following photo usage scenarios:

Baby Profile Photo: For personalizing the baby profile display
Growth Record Photos: To capture precious growth moments
Diaper Record Photos: For health observation (optional)

                    Important Notice: All photos are stored only on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not upload or access these photos.
                

6. Data Control and Deletion

                    You Have Complete Control: Since all data is stored only on your device, we cannot access, modify, or delete any of your information. You can manage your data through the following methods:
                

View Data: View all records anytime within the app
Edit Data: Modify or correct any record
Delete Data: Delete individual records or clear all data
Export Data: Export data to local files for backup
Complete Deletion: Uninstall the app to delete all local data

Important Note: Since we cannot access your data, you do not need to contact us to delete data. Please manage your data directly within the app or through your device settings.

7. Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

Use Apple's SwiftData framework for local encrypted data storage
iCloud sync uses Apple's end-to-end encryption technology
App supports Face ID/Touch ID lock to prevent unauthorized access
Regular security audits and code reviews

8. Your Rights

Since all data is stored entirely on your device, you have absolute control:

Complete Control: You can view, edit, or delete any data anytime
Data Portability: Export data to local files, completely managed by you
Easy Exit: Uninstall the app to completely delete all data

                    No Need to Contact Us: Since we cannot access your data, all data management operations are completed by you directly on your device, without going through us.
                

9. Children's Privacy

Logly Baby Tracker is designed for parents to record their baby's growth. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All data is entered and managed by parents or legal guardians.

If you believe we have collected information from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately for deletion.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted in the app and on our website, with the latest update date noted at the top.

For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Apple iCloud: For data synchronization and backup, following Apple's privacy policy
WHO Growth Standards: For growth curve comparison, using only publicly available reference data

We do not integrate advertising SDKs, social sharing SDKs, or other third-party services that may collect user data.
